It only needs to be plugged into a 230 V / 50 Hz socket for power supply. Quality hydraulics can then convert this motor power between the ram and the wedge of the log splitter to a pressure of up to 4 tons. The pressure is more than enough for splitting logs with a diameter of 5 - 25 cm and a maximum length of 37 cm. Splitting wood with this log splitter is easy and quiet.
The body of the log splitter is made of solid metal and weighs 38 kg. For easy transport, the machine is equipped with a handle and a pair of quality wheels.
