Lightweight inverter welder HECHT 1824 suitable for work around the house or in workshops. To make work even easier, the inverter is equipped with Auto Hot-start for easier arc ignition and Anti-stick to reduce the risk of electrode sticking.

With a comfortable handle and weighing only 3.4 kg, you can easily transport the welder anywhere. The welding current can be adjusted from 20 to 140 A using a potentiometer, with welding voltage at 25.6 V and open-circuit voltage at 20 V. Powered from a standard electrical network 230V / 50 Hz, the welder is equipped with fault and overheating indicators, protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and automatic compensation for voltage fluctuations. Electrode diameter is 1 – 3.2 mm.

The set welding current must be limited considering the maximum load of the network or extension cords to which the device is connected. Therefore, the welding current must be set so that the device's power consumption does not exceed the value of the electrical circuit breaker and does not exceed the maximum allowed values of all network components to which the device is connected.

The welder includes a cable with a grounding clamp and a cable with an electrode holder. A protective welding shield is not included in the delivery and must be purchased separately. One of the recommended accessories may be suitable.
