The HECHT 45 chainsaw has become one of the best-selling saws in its category thanks to its excellent price-performance ratio. It is powered by a reliable 2-stroke engine with a displacement of 45 cm³ and a maximum power of 2.7 HP. The maximum engine speed is 11,500 revolutions per minute, and the chain speed is 23.1 m/s. The length of the guide bar is 40 cm. These parameters make this saw a lightweight and powerful assistant in the category of domestic and hobby saws.
The saw is equipped with a fuel pump and a semi-automatic choke. Therefore, starting the saw is very easy when properly set up. Modern materials, quality steel, lightweight aluminum alloy, and durable plastics were used for the ergonomic construction of the saw. Their proper combination achieved excellent durability, optimal balance, and low weight of the saw. Well-shaped handles allow for a secure and safe grip in all working positions. The chainsaw comes with a 40 cm HECHT guide bar and a 0.325 / 1.5 mm chain with 66 links. The chain's model designation is HECHT 25Q66E. Chain and guide bar lubrication during cutting is automatically ensured by a pump from a tank integrated directly into the saw.
