Petrol chainsaw HECHT 962

HECHT 962 is a semi-professional gasoline chainsaw with a 62 cm³ engine and a power of 4 HP (3 kW). The engine is equipped with a decompression valve and a high-quality WALBRO carburetor. With its specifications, the chainsaw is suitable for frequent cutting of materials and can handle cutting branches, larger amounts of firewood without any problems. It is also suitable for felling trees and cutting large logs.

Safety features such as a safety chain brake and a solid toothed stop are of course standard and not missing here. The chainsaw is also equipped with an automatic oil pump. The amount of oil released onto the bar is adjustable. HECHT 962 also has rubber shock absorbers that provide quality cushioning. A firm and secure grip is enabled by a quality metal handle with a rubber coating.

Chainsaws manufactured before 2016 are supplied with a bar from the American company OREGON with a length of 50 cm along with a chain sized 3/8", 1.3 mm, 72 links.

Since 2017, chainsaws are supplied with a OREGON bar with a length of 45 cm along with a chain sized 3/8", 1.5 mm, 64 links.

The weight of the chainsaw without the bar and chain is 6.3 kg.
